Hey there, Im trying out the Capital_Hill.ttf, it looks like the capital letters are getting cut off at the top.

Thanks for reporting this, I'll get it fixed as soon as possible. I have had a few fonts with this issue in the windows ttf viewer, it should be a quick fix.

Can I use this font in my projects, commercial or non-commercial?
Yes, either is fine.
