Hello again, back with another font update. You might have already seen that my Turkish support wasn't quite complete (I just updated another font, Tomorrow Night, earlier today). I'm adding the same fix, the missing "İ" capital dotted "i" glpyh.

Turns out it is a bit Complex handling the two extra Turkish "i" glpyhs on an all capital font. Checkout the specifics below.

For Capital Hill I have kept the Latin capital set for both uppercase and lowercase consistent. To add the Turkish dotted "i" variations I have made the capital dotted Turkish "i" and the lowercase no dot Turkish "i" both have dots. This allows for accommodation of all 4 glyphs while not compromising on the capital letter style of Capital Hill.

This was my best solution to this problem, hopefully it is solid. Cheers!
