Update v1.0.1 fixes some minor issues, including a few missing filled gaps on the No-Background sprite sheets. Along with that a lot of updates were made to the documented sprite sheets as well as minor fixes to the documented palette.

• Changed some wall tile sprites that were missing filled gaps on the No-Background sprite sheets (environment)
• Changed wall tile layout (environment)
• Changed a host of documented sprite sheets to be more consistent with other packs in the series (other)
• Changed palette text doc to include missing green color (dark yellow green) (other)
• A few other minor changes (other)
