17/03/26 - V2.3.3 Layout, and sprite changes!

Hey! Back with what is probably my last base pack update adjusting things before I start to add a bunch of new content!
This is a very important update, making some adjustments to the layout of the sprite sheets, as well as refactoring how the No-Background sprite sheets work! For the no background sheets, I am now filling in gaps with the packs background color. This adds a huge amount of benefits, including more easily identifying sprites in various game engines and editors.
This update also adds an update palette (added with the release of the Building Interior expansion), this green has no been worked into a handful of sprites, including the green slime sprite.
The change list on this is full of unique updates, so be sure to check the "Changes" section below.

Changes seen above: new medusa head enemy sprite, as well as green slime color rework (with new green that was added to the palette)
Changes
- Changed wall tiles to remove a redundant tile, making space for a future tile update (other)
- Changed No-Background sprite sheets to have filled gaps for better clarity in engines, and editors (other)
- Changed medusa head enemy sprite to work better with new standards for No-Background sprite sheets (monster)
- Changed dragon monster sprite to have better shading (monster)
- Changed various green sprites to use the new green palette color (other)
- Fixed misaligned item sprites that didn't align with shine animations (item)
- Added new palette color, a dark yellow green to make the greens in this palette more versatile (other)
- Changed layout of the minimap sprites to be more consistent (other)
- Changed documented sheets to have new layout, the aim is to make this 100% consistent between all expansions (other)
