Changes:

Had another request to add for a small change to Jive Talking, one I thought would be great to accommodate. To be specific some people were looking for a variation with straight "l" and "i" glpyhs rather than the slanted one included in the base font.

Along with this I noticed a few letter formatting issues in the monospace, cutout, and no sapce coutout variations. Those are fixed as well, hope you enjoy!
