Changes:

Improved character support by adding "Œ" and "œ", this should make the font fully French compatible. Changed the background on the .png image to be transparent. Improved the spacing in the monospace variation of the font, as well as glyph size. Updated "Æ" and "æ" to be more inline with the font style.
