Changes:

Improved character support by adding "Œ" and "œ", this should make the font fully French compatible. Changed the background on the .png image to be transparent. Improved the spacing in the monospace, cutout, and nospace cutout variations of the font, as well as glyph size. Fixed a bug with the "Æ" glyphs being low. Changed the font sizing to scale by incruments of 16.
